Support

Write to [SUPPORT EMAIL]. A real person reads it, and you will hear back within two working days.
The fastest route is Contact support in the app’s You tab: it opens a message with your app version, build and account id already filled in, which is usually the difference between one reply and four.
Things you can do yourself
Manage or cancel a subscription. Subscriptions are handled by Apple, not by Flair. On your iPhone: Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves the subscription running until the period you paid for ends.
Get a refund. Refunds are Apple’s to give, at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Move your subscription to a new phone. Sign in with the same Apple ID and tap Restore purchases on the paywall.
Export everything in your account. You tab, Export my data. You get one file with everything the account holds.
Delete your account. You tab, Delete account. The account stops working immediately and is permanently erased after 30 days. Changed your mind? Sign back in within those 30 days and it is restored.
When something is wrong
Tell us what you were doing, what you expected and what happened instead. If it was a carousel that came out badly, say which one and roughly when: it helps to know whether the model, the transcription or the template was the problem.
If the app crashed, it has probably already told us, and the reference number on the crash screen points straight at it.
Asking for something new
Feature requests are welcome and read. Send them to the same address until the public board opens.
